Helen’s key responsibilities at GuildHE are the development and dissemination of policies and responses to consultative documents relating to quality and standards; learning and teaching; student engagement; student complaints and appeals; student information needs (including the National Student Survey and use of the Unistats site); copyright and other negotiations on behalf of members. Helen also leads on European and international issues including the Bologna Process, the new points based system for visas, equality issues and human resources. She also acts as secretary to the GuildHE Quality Management, Human Resources and International Networks.
