Richard is Policy Executive for UCAS and has a broad remit at policy and strategic level to develop links with external organisations, review national developments and identify the policy implications for UCAS. He is responsible for matters relating to curriculum development, qualifications and progression routes throughout the UK, and is co-Chair of the UCAS/DCSF Curriculum Development Group and Chair of the UCAS Scottish Qualifications and Progression Group. Richard also acts as UCAS Policy Executive for Scotland and has been proactively engaging with Scottish Government and other agencies at strategic level.
